House

Sosnówka is a year-round holiday home situated in Puszcza Kurpiowska, a huge forest area in the vicinity of the Pisa River in north-eastern Poland.

With 140 m 2 (1507 ft 2 ) of floor space, Sosnówka boasts 4 bedrooms, an open-plan living and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a walk-in wardrobe and utility rooms. The holiday home is suitable for a maximum of 10 people.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms in Sosnówka are furnished with beds, tables, chairs, wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. Bedding and towels are provided.

Living and dining room

On the ground floor, there is a spacious, open-plan living and dining area. It is the perfect place to relax
and unwind, entertain or socialise with friends or family. Comfortable sofas and armchair offer views
of our marble fireplace which adds soft glow to the room, making you instantly feel at home. You can watch your favourite programmes and films on our large, wall-mounted, flat screen TV. There is also a coffee
table where you can leave the remote control, books or drinks and a very big, extendable oak table
and chairs that will sit a large group of guests, so everyone can dine together.

Kitchen

Sosnówka has a beautiful kitchen with a gorgeous view of the forest. It is equipped with a fridge, a gas cooker, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave and all necessary kitchenware, such as pots, pans, cutting boards, crockery, cutlery and much more. A particularly special and interesting feature of the kitchen
is our tiled, vintage-style stove which not only allows you to cook your favourite meals, but also adds
a unique vibe to the interior. In the winter, it can also be used as an additional source of heating.
We know from experience that the stove has become a photographic attraction among our guests.
Delicacies prepared in the kitchen can be eaten at the four-person wooden table. Larger feasts can be enjoyed in the spacious dining room or on the sunny terrace at the rear of the property.
